How will you make a difference: I, in general like hosting events where I drop items or money. Even though I have never been a GM, I have befriended most of the GM's in Private servers and hosted some non GM events. I would S-Mega then host events. I would really like to Host spawning events because it is a GM only feature.
This will boost morale(gaming spirit) and increase voting. Voting eventually will help us get to the top ten or maybe the top Private Server on the Internet.

How would you handle a fight : Break up the fight peacefully, if that fails then I would resort to jailing or banning

How would you handle a hacker :I would ban them.
